Our Mission
Know Your Area was born out of a simple frustration: transparency shouldn’t be this hard to find.
We realised that while estate agents show you the best of a property, finding the truth about the surrounding area required visiting dozens of different websites. We wanted to know about property prices and affordability, school ratings and results, health care facilities, broadband availability, detailed crime rates, radon gas, power plants, waste dumps, and flood risks—all in one place.
We built Know Your Area to be the tool we wished we’d had when we were moving.
